The UVOZ-3000 Rack-Mounted Ozone Gas Concentration Analyzer uses an advanced dual-path ultraviolet light source system and is equipped with an intelligent lamp management system. After the machine is turned on, the ultraviolet lamp can quickly reach the measurement state. It adopts foreign separated light pool technology. The equipment has the characteristics of no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to large flow sampling gas impact, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, simple operation, and low cost of use. It is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in running pipelines, containers and other environments. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal, sewage treatment and other industries to measure the outlet concentration of ozone generators and the output of ozone generators.

The ozone analyzer has a touch screen operation interface, which displays the concentration of ozone gas in real time, has pressure and temperature compensation and display, and can set automatic zeroing time and manual zeroing mode. The high concentration (g/Nm3) range has a flow input function, which can display the output of the ozone generator in real time. With two sets of relay signal outputs, users can freely choose the high alarm point and low alarm point signal output connection. The core components use a long-life ultraviolet light source system and a high-transmittance quartz plate to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent zero drift from affecting the accuracy of the detection concentration. The pressure-resistant and impact-resistant independent light pool structure designed according to foreign light pool technology keeps the gas flow, pressure, and flow rate unchanged during the zeroing operation to prevent the impact of airflow from affecting the zeroing. The zeroing operation can be completed without shutting down the ozone intake, ensuring that the equipment can run continuously 24 hours a day.
